Hopefully the property market slowing down will give more people the chance to get into the housing market. The younger generations are finding it harder and harder than their parents did to buy their first home due to rising prices and demand on a slow growing housing stock
With prices slowing and some government incentives and hopefully more houses being built the future is a little brighter for first time buyers.
This is not good for the fluidity of the housing market and not good for removal companies Cardiff and Beyond.
